If your laptop needs a replacement LCD screen, trackpad, keyboard, or power adapter, we can get it direct — without the inflated retail markup — and we do the same when you need to buy new tech, hunting down the best rates in New Zealand. All pricing includes GST.
In-person support

Pick-up & drop-off from your home is free — no charge either way — and we fix it at our site with a typical 2–3 day turnaround. For on-site call-outs, there's no separate call-out fee either: you only pay for the time we're actually at your property or working on your device, from when we arrive to when we leave. All labour is charged with a minimum of 1 hour, then billed in 15-minute increments after that. We'll always give you a free quote before any chargeable work starts, so there are no surprises. All pricing includes GST.

Remote support is billed in 15-minute blocks from the start — no hourly minimum. Rates apply within our standard service radius covering Waikanae, Paraparaumu and Paekākāriki. Emergency call-outs available outside these rates.
