Getting your files
back.
A drive that won't boot, files that got deleted, a laptop that took a fall — we do everything we can to get your photos and documents back before anything's written off as lost.
The situations people call us about.
Drive won't boot
Computer won't start, or gets stuck before reaching the desktop.
Accidentally deleted files
Emptied recycle bin, formatted drive, or files that just vanished.
Drop or water damage
Physical damage to a laptop or external drive — the sooner it comes in, the better the odds.
Corrupted or unreadable drives
Drive shows up as unreadable, or Windows/macOS won't recognise it properly.
Honest odds, before we start.
Recovery success depends on what's actually wrong — logical issues like accidental deletion usually have good odds, while physical drive damage is more case-by-case. We'll assess it and tell you honestly what's realistic before you commit to anything, rather than promise a result we can't guarantee.
